Roy G Biv Networks, Inc. (the "Website", "Beecoz" or "Service") respects your privacy.  We collect and use information through our Web site Beecoz only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at the Beecoz Web site.

Beecoz collects user submitted personal information when you register with us, use Beecoz products or services or post content on Beecoz.   A valid email address, name and zip code are required to use the service.   We collect this information to verify users, ensure that we can present users with information related to their community, and to provide users with an efficient experience. 

Beecoz also collects other personal, family and work related information.  This information is submitted voluntarily and is not required to use the site.

Non-personally-identifiable-information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type is also collected by Beecoz from visitors to the site.  We may also collect ancillary usage information, including referrals, access times and platform type, which our users divulge by visiting the site.  This information is used to track website usage and improve services.  This aggregated data may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant and targeted advertisements or services to users.

Beecoz uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive that is necessary to maintain your preferences and to help you log in to the Service.  If you reject all cookies, you may not be able to take full advantage of all offerings.

Users under 18 years of age are prohibited from using Beecoz.

We will never sell, rent, trade or otherwise share your personal information without your consent and will never spam you. 

To facilitate searching and finding neighbors, friends and acquaintances on the Service, Beecoz allows users to search for other members using your first name, last name or address, according to the preferences you set in your account.

Email addresses and full names are used when a user invites a neighbor or friend via email to join Beecoz, when a user requests to add another user to their network and when Beecoz sends notifications to a user related to their use of Beecoz.  If you use the service and submit a neighbor or friends email address to invite them to join the Service, Beecoz will automatically send your neighbor or friend an email from your email address inviting him or her to join the Service. Beecoz stores this email address for the purpose of sending the invitation and adding the person to your network. Beecoz will not sell the email address or use it to send any other communication other than the invitation.

Any content that is posted to any of the community areas of the site is accessible to other users.  If you post personally identifiable information about yourself in the community areas of Beecoz you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.

Beecoz may buy or sell all or part of our business.  Personal information may be shared or transferred in such transactions, subject to the promises made in the privacy policy or subsequent policies to which you consent. 

If compelled by law to share personal information, Beecoz would be required to do so.

Beecoz lets other entities that show advertisements or provide services on some of our web pages to set and access their cookies on your computer.  Beecoz uses Google Analytics for system tracking and Google AdSense for delivering targeted advertising.  For more information, please review the Google Analytics and Google AdSense Privacy Policy.

No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be secure 100% of the time.  As a result we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.  Once Beecoz receives your transmission, we make efforts to ensure security of our systems.

In certain areas Beecoz and our partners use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.  This is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software.

Your account information can be edited at any time.  Most personal information you provide is optional.

When a user deletes their Beecoz account, most of their information is erased from our systems. Our backup systems may contain older copies of the information, and we delete older copies of backups regularly. Please note that some personal information, primarily your contact information, may remain in our records to the extent necessary to protect our legal interests or document compliance with any regulatory requirements.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy.  Any changes will be posted and dated here. 

If problems arise users may contact Beecoz by emailing privacy [at] beecoz.com.  We will take reasonable steps to accommodate your requests.  In some instances, honoring your requests may interfere with your ability to use Beecoz or may require us to terminate our relationship with you.
