If you don't find the answer to your question in the Help section first, and the green light is on in the Team Beecoz Instant Messenger, you can send us questions and we will try to respond as soon as possible.  We are pretty busy right now doing closed-beta testing so if the light in the Team Beecoz Instant Messenger is red please submit your question on the Feedback page.
